learnlax

Learn to Lax is an introductory lacrosse program for boys and girls Pre-K to Kindergarten. Practices will be held beginning in April on Saturdays. The kids will learn the fundamentals of the game with fun games and instructional practices. The skills taught throughout the season will include groundballs, shooting, passing, catching and the art of stickwork!

With the help of all our dedicated volunteer coaches we create a positive experience for all players looking to grow their game. It is our goal that everyone feels welcome and can learn a fun sport that they will be able to enjoy throughout their lives.

The equipment required for learn to lax is a mouthguard and stick. Boys and Girls sticks are different. Starting your little player off with a youth or beginner stick that is the right type and length will help them while learning all these new skills!
